Chriz brings a professional dancer's understanding of movement, musicality, and precision into his teaching. As a former professional ballet dancer with Ballet Manila, he developed a strong foundation in body awareness, control, discipline, and expressive movement, giving him a unique perspective on how movement can be both precise and expressive.
His experience across yoga, Inside Flow, and expressive movement allows him to approach movement with both structure and creativity. He encourages students to move with intention, build strength and control, and find a deeper connection between breath, music, and the body.

She hopes to create a welcoming and supportive space, especially for beginners, where every client can learn and progress at their own pace.
